Everest Base Camp

Everest base camp Trek begins with a 40 minutes flight from Kathmandu to Lukla. This flight takes to the Khumbu region of Nepal. The main issue is altitude sickness on Everest base camp trek. Most of the trekkers catch the altitude sickness so it’s better to make sure you have enough time to acclimatize your body for success trek to the Everest Base Camp. Always better to do hiking to gain bit more height than where you are staying overnight for acclimatization. Go higher and sleep lower and drink enough fluid not alcohol.
