Ghorepani Poon Hill Trek:

This trek is famous by the name of ‘Poonhill Trek’ in Nepal. This is one of the short trek in Nepal which can be done in 5 days’ time. This trek is situated in Annapurna region trek. Nayapul is the gateway of this trek. Trip starts after couple of hours jeep drive from pokhara. The trekking trail leads you upto Poonhill through Ghorepani. Poonhill is famous for sunrise view. You can see stunning views form here. Here you can choose an option on the way back to Pokhara. You don’t have to return same way instead you can move further to Tadapani and Ghandruk and to Nayapul for return drive to Pokhara, the Ghorepani Poon hill is small circuit trek around the Ghorepani Poon Hill and is suitable for families, couples and first time trekkers, the views from Ghorepani Poon Hill is stunning and the culture and the lifestyle of the locals of the region the Gurung and Magars are unique. Another feature of the Ghorepani trekking is easy access and can be done all the time of the year.

 

Langtang valley trek

Langtang valley trek is another fantastic destination for the short trekker choosers. This is 9 days trek in total. The combine of Himalayas range and forest makes the trek very interesting. After driving 8-9 hours from Kathmandu to Syabrubeshi, here starts the real trek from next day which goes to Langtang village and Kyanjing valley, then climbing the Kyanjing ri, the views of the Himalayan Panoramas are the heavenly experience part of this trek. While we back we just trek down to Lama Hotel then to Syanpru gaun and to Dhunche to take our return drive to Kathmandu.

 

Everest Panorama Trek

Located in Everest Region Trek, Everest Panorama Trek is one of the most popular and short trek. This trek also start same way of the Everest Base Camp trek, taking half an hour flight to the Lukla airport and starts walk to Namche bazar through Dudh Koshi valley. Next day you walk to Tengboche where you can see the Panaroma of the Himalayas, an old monastery of Buddism where we can also visit and pay homage to Buddha then after the stunning views of the Mountain including the mountain Everest. This is called exactly what the Everest Panorama Trek is.
Then returning back to Namche then to Lukla and fly back to Kathmandu is the last action of this trek. This trek is good destination for first time trekkers specially those who are trekking with children. It gives a real taste of trek within 5-6 days’ time.

Chisapani and Nagarkot Trek

There are many short hiking/trekking near the town. This is what visitors can make as their tailor activities. Different destination carries different flavour and adventure. Among them Chisapani-Nagarkot hike is one of the famous and short time activities. This hike starts after a short drive from Kathmandu to Sundarijal, and the hike trail takes you up to Chisapani.
Great Himalaya views and the scene of valley are main attraction of Chisapani. Hikers can stay overnight in Chisapani. Next day continue for Nagarkot, which is best sunrise view point near the Kathmandu valley. Those can drive direct to Nagarkot for sunrise/sunset view who doesn’t want to hike. On the way back hikers can step down to Changunarayan temple. The temple has carried a different charm, it is taken as one of the master piece of wood carving in Nepal and the temple heritage is listed as UNESCO world cultural heritage sites. Sarangkot Dhampus Trek

There are many short treks around the country. Likewise Sarankot-Dhampus trek is another attraction for the visitors. This is Pokhara base trekking route. The trek starts from Phedi after short drive from Pokhara. This trek suits for any different ages visitors with different purpose. Sarangkot is best place for the best view of Pokhara valley with beautiful lakes and Himalaya range.
Spending a night in Sarankot doesn’t let you feel the waste of time. Next morning you will trek to Dhampus, nice Gurung village, where you will get chance to know about the local culture and their history. Besides, stunning sun rise and set view, close Himalaya view makes you feel most happy in the trek. After all trek down to Phedi and drive to Pokhara then Kathmandu next day, this is how the trek ends.
